The Story
It was a normal drive home when she spotted her — a small cat limping across the road on three legs, outside a villa in Dubai. She wasn't running. She wasn't hiding. She moved like something that had given up.
Luna found a corner in a plant pot and curled into it. That was where she was going to stay. It took 45 minutes to earn her trust enough to get her into a carrier. Forty-five minutes of sitting on the ground, speaking softly, not giving up — even when she cried and pulled away.
She was terrified. But somewhere underneath the fear, she let us in.
That night, Luna slept in a safe house for the first time. Warm. Still. Fed.
The next morning, she was admitted to the vet. The real fight was about to begin.

After powering through the night, Bethany was admitted to a local vet in Al-Barsha South, where she received treatment to remove the pus from her injury, cleaned up, and placed on the IV fluids. She will spend the next ten days in recovery.
